When my previous GP retired from the University Health Centre a few years ago after more than 25 years as my GP, I was devastated - I thought that I would never again find such a good GP. But, luckily, I was wrong. Dr Austera is everything I could wish for in a GP. He is kind, caring, really listens, and involves me in decisions about my care. Couldn't ask for more!

Good reception staff take a huge burden away from medical staff. They are the frontline often dealing with difficult patients or more particularly patients with poor English language skills.

Extremely calm, friendly, and open-minded GP. He actually listens and is happy to talk over potential medications before prescribing them. I've approached him with very personal problems and he's very patient, non-judgemental and trustworthy. I'd definitely recommend him to anybody.
